POLICIES

  • RETURN POLICY

    Bows & Bundles does not accept returns unless the items were sent damaged. We are not responsible for items damaged by the customer or postal service.


    All returned damaged items will be replaced with the same item as long as it is in stock. If it is not in stock, store credit will be issued.


    We reserve the right to refuse exchanges and returns from anyone.

  • SHIPPING

    - Orders ship every 3-7 days.

    - Transit times depend on USPS. We have no control over delayed shipping times once the item is shipped.
